To give birth

A Manger
No midwife

To Help
Only Joseph

  And
Yet 

They had 

A miracle 

 Experience

Jesus was born
I pray

 That many 

Will find 

Their miracles 

This Christmas season 

As they find 

Jesus

  He truly came
To save us
And
To offer
So much more
Than we can do
For

This yr for Christmas we have Expectant Hearts ..
Our 4yr old Bull Mastiff is expecting puppies 

Dec 26th .. it her due date ... 
It brings forth such a wonderful opportunity of a lesson for How Mary and Joseph may 

have felt .. expecting their child  .. during their Journey .. Perhaps they had prayed to arrive and get settled before their child was to come ..  In our home we are preparing for the birth of puppies and have the opportunity to have our Honey be ex-rayed to know just how many puppies we will have ... But that Expectation is there .. We are excited .. and will have many conversations about the birth of Jesus .. during this Christmas .. Season ..

We were excited ... there is a difference in being excited and expectant

When I was young my sister had her first child a son born on Christmas Day .. we had not planned on him to be born on Christmas.. I remember my parents had company due to arrive at our home .. they had most of the Christmas Dinner already prepared .. When my mother spoke to my sister .. who did not even realize she was in labor .. My mother told her get to the hospital we will meet you there .. My older sister and I had to wait at our home for the visitors.. and serve Christmas Dinner .. before we could go to the hospital to find my sister had delivered a son ..

Job 6:24 (NKJV)

²⁴ “Teach me, and I will hold my tongue;
Cause me to understand wherein I have erred

There are many ways we can learn ..about language and speech, from books, many books of the bible depending on which version you use. The word Tongue is used over 150 times in the bible. Over and over it tells us to hold our Tongue ..
 
One would think that, learning knowledge would be to prevent one from becoming a Tongue Slasher .. 
 Psalms 10:7 His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and oppression; Under his tongue is trouble and iniquity.
James 1:26  If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless.
James Chapter 3  is Very Clear about ... "The Untamable Tongue"

3 My brethren, let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment. ² For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body. ³ Indeed,^[a] we put bits in horses’ mouths that they may obey us, and we turn their whole body. ⁴ Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires. ⁵ Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things.

See how great a forest a little fire kindles! ⁶ And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. Tongue Splashing would be like the words in
Psalm 35:28And my tongue shall speak of Your righteousness And of Your praise all the day long.
Psalm 37:30 The mouth of the righteous speaks wisdom, And his tongue talks of justice
James 3:17   But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. ¹⁸ Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace

Language is different from speech.

Language is made up of socially shared rules that include the following:

• What words mean (e.g., "star" can refer to a bright object in the night sky or a celebrity)
• How to make new words (e.g., friend, friendly, unfriendly)
• How to put words together (e.g., "Peg walked to the new store" rather than "Peg walk store new")
• What word combinations are best in what situations ("Would you mind moving your foot?" could quickly change to "Get off my foot, please!" if the first request did not produce results)

Speech is the verbal means of communicating. Speech consists of the following:

Articulation

How speech sounds are made (e.g., children must learn how to produce the "r" sound in order to say "rabbit" instead of "wabbit").

Voice

Use of the vocal folds and breathing to produce sound (e.g., the voice can be abused from overuse or misuse and can lead to hoarseness or loss of voice).

Fluency

The rhythm of speech (e.g., hesitations or stuttering can affect fluency).

   Will you be a Tongue Splasher or a Tongue Slasher

Let me explain what I mean .. 

A Tongue Splasher uses good words to make sentences, to share thoughts and expressions .. 
It would be like using Beautiful colors .. like found in the Rainbow .. to write your words in the atmosphere.

A Tongue Slasher uses foul words in sentences, in their thoughts and expressions ..It would be like using dark, black depressing colors ..like walking under a dark cloud in an angry storm in the atmosphere.

OH so many things we can write about that Mighty Weapon .. the Tongue ..
James 3:5 Even so the tongue is a little member and boast great things.

Today I choose to splash the atmosphere with colors from the Love of God's promise of the rainbow .. With flooding and water all around us and more rain expected today .. But we Know God is with us .. Isaiah 32:2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you       So according to the word of God when we go through the waters we will not drown and when we go through the fires we will not burn .. Many have lost their first love .. To serve the Lord .. and then there are others who haven't met Him yet ... End days are soon approaching.. when All with have to make that choice .. 
So let me End by using this last bible verses in Romans Chapter 14 it truly says it all ..

The Law of Love

Note: I guess I am working again ... updating my blog .. I came to share a note with a new friend, about a picture I saw on her fb wall .. and to send her my blog address in her personal message and ran upon a picture .. in my work folders and  now I can not stop the thoughts that began to take over.. LOL .. I held back from using her picture .. but now will copy and paste the one I had in my folder .. and add it to my June blog ... there are two messages .. 1st is "It is getting Hot in Here" And then "Tongue Splashers" ha I am not afraid of getting wet ...

God works with me from the bottom up .. lol .. in faith I write what He gives me and by he time I get to the bottom I see His hand .. because it takes on His direction and His form ... Amazing .. He is totally Amazing ..

A Candy for All Seasons ... Has been written with  all ages in mind. It is a good book to use as a teaching tool .. for Children's Church, Youth Groups and even Ladies and Men's bible study.  The messages are simple and easy to understand .. using candy as a tool to teach a relevant message.  In twelve chapters out into the calendar, 36 messages, to touch the heart. 

 

We touch taste and feel .. as we use candy to reach the heart, using biblical principals, keeping the readers attention.  As we unwrap the candy the message unfolds. As we apply the message to the candy it helps us to remember what we are being taught. We use the touch, taste and feel principal which makes sharing easier .. I always used one candy to keep, one to share, and one we unwrap and eat during the class.  Sharing ones faith made easy to receive and easy to share.  Who doesn't love candy? And passing it along with a simple candy it lives on. The message can be shared and told over and over again .. Sharing ones faith made easy.  Candy is love by all ages. Even seniors love candy and can be used in nursing homes, you just need to be sensitive as to what messages you use, sugar free candy is available and candy sensitive to allergies like nuts and there are many gluten free candies. * Always check with administration for students with allergies before passing out any candy treats.  Those with allergies come in all ages .. and is important to know in advance.

Using A Candy for All Seasons is a wonderful to share .. Life Changing Messages for all ages .. I enjoy my copy even though it was written by me .. LisaMe! I still refer to it daily it is My Blue Print For Life ..Seasons.. come around year after year ..  

It has been over 16 yrs since I began teaching A Candy Ministry.  God has continued to speak to my spirit.  Not just in candy but in many ways.  He who has ears let him hear.  I have developed ears to hear, and eyes to see .. the things th Lord brigs to this LisaMe!  I am amazed over and over again.. At God's Awesomeness.  He is faithful .. so faithful!
